Data Deletion Request

Crechey acts as a service provider for your school. While you can manage your app account, your official school records are controlled by the educational institution.

1. Deleting your App Account

If you wish to delete your login credentials and personal profile from the Crechey platform, you may do so directly within the app:

Open the Crechey App
Go to Settings
Select Account Security
Tap Delete Account

2. Removing Enrollment & Student Data

Important: Crechey does not have the authority to delete official school records, including student enrollments, attendance history, academic reports, or financial invoices.

To remove your child's data or cancel an active enrollment, you must contact your school administrator directly.

Once the school removes your enrollment from their management dashboard, that data will be automatically purged from your Crechey view during the next synchronization.
